Star Citizen

I bought into Star Citizen in 2019. I started out with just a starter pack but have picked up a couple more ships since then, contributing to the crowdfunding at the same time. The game is somewhat controversial since it's been in alpha development for several years now and is even further behind it's release schedule. That being said I enjoy the game as-is quite a bit though the alpha qualities are quite apparent.

Several times a year there are promotional "free fly" events where you can download, install, & try out SC for no cost.
